In the Tree Tops II area, there will be a glyph you need to light at the top of a large chamber. To get to the top you need to time your jumps with the butterflies that swap places with each other and get to the top. This will unlock once you light it up.

Towards the end of Tree Top II Area, you'll need to make your way up a tree trunk via some flying ladybugs. You'll run into a few of these as you play through this section, but in this particular part, the ladybugs will alternate positions. You'll need to time your jumps accordingly to make it up past them, but it shouldn't give you too much trouble. Once you've made it up the tree trunk and can progress forward with the story, the trophy will unlock.
