so im level 40, spent all the talent points yet achievement is at 94%.

Same here.. Level 40, spent all the talent points and achievement stuck at 97%.

EDIT: Loaded autosave from few minutes ago and achievement poped.

Is this achievement must be online? Because I got it 30seconds after spent all my talent points.

I guess I thought a "guide" for an achievement that requires leveling up would have some info about the fastest methods to do so.
Apparently, "just do the thing" is now a guide to some in the community... Cute.

does anyone know how to fix the issues of achievement not popping after spending the last one I've tried reloading saves still won't unlock

@ Demon: yeah, I appreciate this "guide" because I didn't know it was to spend all the points hence at level 40,because you actually can't buy them all. I'm level 37 and still have a few main quests to do, so leveling up is no problem. Still, what you ask is best suited for the "Reach Level 40" Achievement, not this one. Cute.

All the talents of my lvl 40 char are spend and I still not get this achievement is there something more to do ?

Fairly straightforward, this one. But it basically requires that you max your level out - level 40 - and then spend every single Talent Point in the Talents section of your pause menu - which you’ll unlock at the end of the Jackdaw’s Rest main quest. See A Talent for Spending (10G) for more details on how the Talent Points mechanics work.

The trophy may not drop after purchasing the last talent. To trigger, exit to the main menu

You will get the last talent at level 40, but it still won’t be enough for all the characteristics.
