Mandrake's (500) and Mandrake Seeds (800) can be purchased from the Dogweed & Deathcap in Hogsmeade. It's far cheaper to grow your own so I suggest buying the seeds. Mandrakes will grow in any sized pot and can be made early at the potting table in the Greenhouse.

I got it on the second round of the arena, it's just ten enemies in total.

Mandrakes can be purchased from merchants in Hogsmeade and around the open world. You can also grow them after purchasing the seeds in Hogsmeade and unlocking planters from Herbology Class and the Room of Requirement main quests. Equip them in your item wheel and head to any of the Battle Arenas and use them to stun enemies. It should only take a couple tries to cumulatively stun 10 different enemies.

This method will create a batch of 3 every 10 minutes.
If you don’t have the patience to wait for them to grow, you can always buy ready-to-use Mandrakes from Leopold Babcocke’s Wander Shop - which moves around, but I always found him just west of the East North Ford Bog Floo Flame (just look for the coin icon out in the wilds). This is a far more expensive way to get the Mandrakes you need, but definitely quicker.
The achievement itself requires nothing special, apart from using it and stunning 10 enemies. Not at once, mind. Just 10. Cumulatively.

Mandrake is a wonderful plant, it allows you to knock down magic shields, I recommend using it in camps and arenas.
