How to unlock the The Wise Owl achievement in Hogwarts Legacy - Definitive Guide
Each House has a unique/exclusive quest just before you reach the main story quest "Jackdaw's Rest." This explains why there's an achievement for each house upon finding the Map Chamber. The achievement itself should pop as you complete the main story quest "Jackdaw's Rest."
These four achievements for "Find the Map Chamber as a..." are going to involve creating four separate character saves. Completing the tutorial, selecting one of the four houses and progressing 2-3 hours through the main story questline. Until you meet Percival Rackham in the Map Chamber. You can skip every conversation and cutscene that makes up 80% of your standard playthrough by tapping or holding .
Questline:
You can skip 2 of the 4 tutorial runs by doing a manual save as soon as you've been sorted into a house (e.g. Gryffindor) and arrive at their Common Room. Then load the Autosave "The Path to Hogwarts" to complete the sorting hat segment again. This time picking a different house (e.g. Slytherin). Unfortunately after picking 2 houses the Autosaves no longer get you back to the sorting hat. You'll need to start a new save file to get the other two. Overall this will save you 20-40 minutes so no big loss if you didn't try this.

They really wanted us to go thought the tutorial 4 times and few hours in just for the achievements now that is mean. Can you make a save before the hat sorting so you can load that back up and pick a different house to save a bit of time or does it not let you save at that time.

I didn't mange to skip the tutorials. But if you run and TP and skip everything you can it took me 50-70 minutes to reach the room.

So I ran through each house questline to get this, the fastest I could do it was about an hour and a half to 2 hours. So not TERRIBLE. For what its worth, here is the Ravenclaw exclusive quest (in case you chose a different house), once you complete this questline the next one is the map chamber questline which will unlock the achievement.
For this and the other 3 “House” achievements, you’re basically going to need to start a new game, and get to a certain chapter in Hogwarts Legacy under one house. And then rinse and repeat for the other 3 houses.
First things first, let’s talk about how to get into each house. This happens after the prologue level and requires certain choices to be made. The game will then recommend you a house based upon your suggestions. For Ravenclaw, for instance, you need to answer Curiosity to the second question.
It doesn’t matter which answer you choose to the very first question, the important thing is the second question, which has four possible answers. Harry Potter fans will recognise the four answers listed as the defining trait of each of the Hogwarts Houses.
Daring - Gryffindor
Curiosity - Ravenclaw
Loyalty - Hufflepuff
Ambition - Slytherin
However, it doesn’t actually matter if you accidentally choose the wrong answer. The sorting hat will suggest a house, at which point you can press in order to pick a different house entirely. At this point, you’re taken to a page with the four house emblems to choose from, and can freely pick the house that you’d like to be.
Once you’ve chosen your house, you then need to complete the “Jackdaw’s Rest” main quest - that’s the 15th main quest - and it’ll unlock when you’ve made it into the Map Chamber at the end of said quest. It’s the same across all the playthroughs, it’s just the house that makes the difference here. It’s probably going to take you a few hours to get through a new playthrough up until this point, but just set the game to ‘Story’ and make a beeline for every main quest when it crops up and it shouldn't take you too long.
