I did not die a ton during the length of this game and both 'Die X times' achievements had to be farmed a bit.
The best strat for me was to simply start a level (any works, although I used the Pirates level) and not move. One of the AI will hopefully start larger than you and start heading towards you to swallow you up. Once you die, and the timer ends, start again until you have died 10 times.
The achievement should pop on the 10th death.

When you start you're a small hole, other holes are bigger. Just go in a big hole and have it gobble you up. Repeat 9 more times for the trophy
