This achievement is pretty tough. The question is whether you want it to be hard or super hard 
If you are like me then you will have encountered the Colosseum of fools way before finishing the game and gaining all your nail arts, Masks or fully upgrading the nail which in turn makes this challenge super hard. However, if you are patient enough to wait until you upgrade your nail to pure nail, get the
and a couple charms it should makes things way easier.
There are many different charm builds that you could use for this challenge but for me, the most important charms were Quick Focus and Unbreakable Heart
The first makes this challenge way more forgiving since you will be able to regain health in situations where you wouldn't be quick enough to without it. The second will be important once you reach the hardest part of this challenge which removes the floor, making it impossible to cast focus.
Regarding Nail arts, Great Slash and Dash Slash are awesome. I also used Nail Masters Glory to make charging Nail Arts faster.
Couple things to consider:
- First, if you need to cast Focus try leaving the slowest enemy for last so you don't get hit mid-focus.
- Second, Aspid Hunters SUCK! They are the absolute worst! And if present you should get rid of them first.
- Third, make use of floating platforms as cover to cast focus.
- Fourth, as said before, the hardest part for me was by far the part when the floor gets covered with metal spikes and you can't land, rendering you unable to cast Focus. Make sure you get to that part with full health, try to stay high, down slash as much as you can and if you are about to be impaled on the spikes, remember you can bounce on them by slashing down. Another thing that might(or might not) be worth bringing along in your charm arsenal could be the ones that bring creatures or a shield to help you make passive damage such as Grimmchild, Weaversong or DreamShield.
I'm sure different payers would have different strategies for this challenge but this worked for me and i hope it works for you. Good luck!
