If you want to cheese this achievement(and most of them) you can use the invincibility glitch. You will absolutely need:
-Crystal Dash
-DreamGate
-A ledge with water at the bottom.
First, you must go as fast as possible to acquire the Dreamgate. I'd advise you to unlock as many stag stations as possible and search for as many dream fights and essence trees as you can reach. I did this in steel soul mode by coincidence so I tried to get all the movement items as well. Once you get the DreamGate set a spawn down next to a ledge with water at the bottom(I used the City of Tears for this one) and then run off the edge but at the last second open your map wait a tiny bit and close it before you hit the water. You will then slowly sink into the water. Then open up your map and you should be able to move still. Keep the map open and hop up onto a ledge and hold down the crystal dash but don't release it. Use the joystick to move left or right while holding down the trigger. Then use the dreamgate to spawn there and just before you glow white to teleport there then release the trigger and land on a wall. You should now just pass through all enemies. Now just don't exit the game or go intop a dreamworld and you will keep the invincibility. Finishing the game should be way easier now.
