The ID card is on the fourth floor of the school, in the room with the smashed up lockers at the end of the corridor. You'll find it on the floor in a pool of blood.

Listing what chapter this is in would help. I can't remember if it was the third or fourth chapter.
OK, it's actually chapter 5, Cursed Blood of Lust. You go up to the fourth floor for this one, the 2nd floor to make your own keycard for Paperwork.
