In the main menu, it is under Resistance Mode. It is really simple, select your character and skill. After you have given your character a name, the achievement will unlock.

This achievement needs to be flagged solo, you can do it with just 1 player.

The first time you will log on the Resistance Mode, you will need to create a character. You can create 4 different characters. You will get the trophy after creating one.
You will get to choose a first skill when creating your character, make sure to choose a Survivor skill to get Professor Mayhem faster.
