How to unlock the First-Strike achievement in Homefront: The Revolution - Definitive Guide

After your combat "training" against the armored car and escort, you will flee on a motorbike. Reach the Sugar Plant, as indicated by the yellow star on your HUD. You will be notified that a new Strike Point has been located, and the star will turn red. Climb up to the top floor and follow the indicator until you find the security panel and hack it. Once the panel has been hacked, the Strike Point will be captured and the Achievement will be yours.

Story-related, cannot be missed.

During "Hack job", you will need to hack a transmitter. This is also a strike point and you will get the trophy after hacking it.
