Unusually this achievement does not stack, so if you complete missions on Normal or Hard this will not unlock and MUST be completed on easy. Very annoying but hey!
As most people play Normal you may be in the lobby a while. So at the mission select screen schoose ANY. If no missions are found then it will have you as Host and its simply a case of waiting for someone to join.
