In Chapter 3, Fire Sale, The Assualt, when you're going through the building with Rianna, you will come to a part where you are looking at a wide open lot with a plenty of bad guys. After Connor uses the truck to distract them, Hopper will then launch the white phosphorous which lights most enemies on fire. You will then have a sniper to use and there will be enemies to the left that is not on fire. Just do not shoot the guys on fire or do not shoot at all and you will get the achievement. It will unlock after they ask Hopper for the second round. You can snipe the enemies to the left that is not on fire if you want.
NOTE: To the right of the balcony, there will be a news pick-up.

A very simple achievement, just load up chapter 3, fire sale, the assualt and you will start in the corridor with Rianna who will kill the guy in the corridor. She will then take you out the door onto the roof ledge overseeing the carpark containing enemy soldiers, just simply crouch behind the wall and a white phosperus will go off igniting the car park and the enemies. Just simply DON'T SHOOT at anyone on fire and the achievement will pop up.
Also if your also going for the 'Mercy' achievement just restart the checkpoint and this time making sure you kill 5 enemies who are on fire.

Near the beginning of Chapter 3: Fire Sale, you will be lead to a roof with a sniper rifle, looking down at the Koreans in a big parking lot. After a few moments of watching, "White Phosphorous" will be shot, which basically makes raining fire. Your female companion will tell you to put them out of their misery, instead of shooting, just wait 10-20 seconds, and the trophy shall pop.
Now if you want to aim for the , pause the game, then Restart Checkpoint, and when she tells you to put them out of their misery, go ahead and shoot as many as you can (5+). If you fail to kill enough and all the Koreans just died, restart the checkpoint again, as it will not reset your kill count.

Just do the complete opposite from the achievement Mercy and do not kill any of the KPA guys on fire. The achievement will pop right after you hear Connor ask "Who the hell is shooting?".
