This is kinda missable though can be obtained in like 15 minutes starting a new game.
Just follow the tutorial missions and you get the pumpkin pie from the post. DO NOT EAT it, wait until the next day (can sleep at 1900) and you will meet Abraham the shop owner at the post area. Sell to him and your good!

definitely missable.. but i agree it is easy and quick to obtain in a new game
