How to unlock the This One's My Favorite achievement in Homestead Arcana - Definitive Guide

After purifying an area, there will be a mini-dusteater in front of the large tree that you battled in order to purify it. Collect this mini-dusteater into your inventory and then place it on one of the small scars in the garden at your homestead. Once you have all three dusteasters placed (or just before placing the last one), go around the garden and use the Lift menu (
) to pick up every plant except one and put them in a storage chest.
Once I only had a single plant in my inventory, I placed the third dusteater and two achievements unlocked:

The Field of Dreams achievement in Homestead Arcana worth 75 pointsExpand your garden to the fullest.

I can confirm that you can also pick up all plants except the one after expanding your garden fully for the achievement!
