After some days you’ll receive mail from the Town Council requesting a certain item. This request will be open for 7 days, and you can mail the item as you usually do for request. They will pay double the silver for that item, so if it sells for 5 silver normally, you’ll get 10 silver! After 7 days you will get paid based on the quantity of the item that you sent!
So far they’ve only asked for raw materials such as cotton and lavender. Note that you can only have 1x of the item in each mail slot, so you can send a maximum of 12x of that item per day.

Good solution! I'd caution against selling too many items to the Council as you need quite a lot for the "You Can't Be Too Prepared" achievement. I sold them a lot of stalk and then needed it later on. Raw materials don't sell for much silver anyway, so even at double the rate this quest is only good for the achievement.

You just have to do this once the council will request something that requires 7 days to be rewarded just fill their desires they don't ask for much cotton, corn, tea leaves, and stalks one of this will be required by the council, you can just constantly fill up the mail with (whatever they ask you) every day, and easy keep doing it until the 7 days are up and you should get the achievement after!
