According to the logic of events, after the quest about Fantilia, you must first find the dog Ditin in the Skiff Commission location (standing in his usual place, where he was during the first training in finding objects on Lofu, when Tingyun was the guide) and follow Yanqing’s trail to the port, do the quest with Jingliu and Yanqing. After this, there will be a short cinematic with Locha, Jingliu and Jin Yuan, and then a letter to Dan Heng from Jingliu appears on the Express table and the Future Market quests open. Moreover, these events block each other. That is, if you start completing the Market, then the room with Dan Heng to activate the quest for meeting the Transcendental Quintet becomes inaccessible until you complete the first part of the Market.
