How to unlock the Sorry, Officer! achievement in Horatio Goes Snowboarding - Definitive Guide

Police cars only appear on day 7 or later. This means you need to successfully go down the ski slopes of days 1-6, and then just watch a road on Day 7 with a minimum of £120 on your person. The police cars are rare, but they do appear. Get hit by one, you'll lose £100 for medical expenses. Assuming you still have £20 or more left, you'll be able to have another go. Repeat the process to unlock the achievement.

You don’t need to be on the last road. I hit both police cars on the first road on Day 7

The roads they spawn on are random, I've seen them on the first, second and last road.

Police cars show up on Day 7. Wait until one shows up and run in front of it
It doesn't need to be in one run thankfully
