The place where you will need to slip past the knights using grass (or in the caves of the second level) will be according to the plot, the trophy itself will drop out as soon as you climb up the wall in the very first such stealth scene. However, it is worth considering that using a checkpoint restart in this chapter breaks the trophy drop, so if the checkpoint is restarted, the chapter will have to go through a restart of the entire chapter.
