How to unlock the California Dreamer achievement in Horizon Chase Turbo - Definitive Guide
I am a new to this game, but I have found that winning each race is simply not enough. In order to obtain 100% completion in any cup, you must win each race, unlock each car and upgrade AND obtain super trophies in each race. I won each race, but only had 95% completion in California. I then realized two of the races I had not received the super trophy in.
The point to highlight here is Super Trophies.
Super trophies can be a tad annoying and take a couple retries depending on how well you can stick to a racing line. In order to obtain a super trophy at any given track you must win the race AND smash all the collectable tokens within the race. I have seen anywhere from 10 to 25 collectable tokens per race. They love to stick them around corners, so stay persistent and you'll get them.
