Purchase each of the new skills and fully max out each new valor at the bottom of the skill trees. This can be earned from the beginning of the expansion by going into the skills menu and pressing 
to Reset Skills. Then, only purchase skills that quickly get you to the bottom of each tree. Finally, purchase the 2 new skills on the tree and fully upgrade the new valor. Repeat the process for all 6 trees spending roughly 172 points and the trophy will unlock.

After installing the DLC, you will receive 18 new skills to unlock. To get this trophy, you need to unlock all of them, included the Valor Surge extra levels. You will need a total of 72 skills point, which can be obtained by simply complete all the requirements for the other trophies.
If you waste skills points or you don't get enough of them, remember that you can always reset your skills points anytime.
