There are 6 aerial captures spread throughout the map. Find the transmitter for each, then fly along the path sticking close to the line. When you reach the end, press 
to view the final message. After completing the first 5 captures, the 6th capture will show up on your map (no transmitter needed).

- Northwest: On the northwest island use your flying mount to pull open the wall revealing the transmitter.
- West: On the West island clear out the Stormbird to unlock the door blocking the transmitter.
- North: In the central north area of the map at a small camp on a hill with a small path leading to it.
- Northeast: Found in some wreckage of a building on the northeast island.
- East: Located on the main landmass north of the island with Pangea Park.

There have been reports that Aloy is sometimes unable to interact with the boxes, locking you out of the trophy. The issue can often be resolved by loading an older save and collecting the six Aerial Captures again. It is recommended to do Aerial Capture: North first since this seems to be the problematic one.
Aerial Captures are the last collectables on the burning shores. There are 6 of them and in order to get them, you
need to find a scannable box and interact with it to unlock a nearby flight path in the sky to follow. Once you reach the end of the path, you will get the capture.
The boxes can be found using your focus, provided you are quite near them. The focus will show a pulsing purple circle that can be scanned to unlock the quest for that particular flight path. Unfortunately, there are no special markers to indicate if you're near one of those signals, so you need some esplorations in order to find them.

- Aerial Capture West: You need to locate and defeat an Apex Stormbird. You can find it in the westernmost part of the map: you will see a big storm in the sky and you need to go inside it. Once the machine is defeated, the doors on the area will be opened and you will find the box inside one of the doors. However, by defeating the Stormbird, you will lose your wings, so you need to mount another creature.
- Aerial Capture North: It can be found on the northern part of the map, in an enemy camp. Kill all the enemies and then look for the signal around the camp.
- Aerial Capture North-East: On the island west of the cauldron, south of the northern camp.
- Aerial Capture East: Near a campfire north of the cauldron.
- Aerial Capture North-West: On the island north of Fleet's End and west of another enemy camp.
The last Aerial Capture will start automatically after finding the last one.
