You will unlock this Trophy once you have completed the main story mission, "To the Brink." This mission tasks you with clearing the Bristlebacks from the valley. These machines can be somewhat challenging early in the game but are easily defeated with Acid Arrows by shooting their weak spot on their backs. You will upgrade your bow and be able to use the Acid Arrows during this quest.
