This can be achieved over time in story line, but if you want to get the achievement quicker, play 10 elimination races in quick race mode.

May want to add that if going for this just through Quick Modes - you can just start the elimination race and let yourself be the first one to be eliminated and it counts as no win requirement for the achievement
