The very first event of the Made in Italy campaign is a Quick Race in the Italian Village (though to be fair, all events of the MiT campaign take place there). Just win this simple and short race to get the achievement.
To access the DLC campaigns, go to the beginning of the very first area (Tropical Island) of the base game campaign and you should see an airport. Click on the airport and you can pick which campaign map you'll travel to.
