You should get XP to this in both offline and online gameplay. It's the golden XP, not the purple XP.

Does this pop after reaching prestige a second time? I reached level 30, it went back down to level 1, and no achievement. I have since leveled to 8.

After level 30, the next level up will give you prestige (instead of level 31 you will have 1)
