I started an Arcade race in the Marina with Alexa driving a Stallion and simply held behind the car directly ahead of me until the achievement popped. Make sure to keep an eye to the bottom right to ensure you are still slipstreaming for the whole time in one go.

This should come naturally as you are doing the expert GPs as you will struggle to get anywhere with them without taking full advantage of slipstreams. This can also be boosted, so if you really struggle you can get someone to drive nice and steady infront of you so you can follow the for 5 seconds.
