Pick Bull (the sniper guy) and complete the first mission. This is a very quick and easy mission with you just killing Nazis with bad AI.
While you are doing this, try to line up sniper shots for the headshots and sniper kills achievement. If you play on the easiest difficulty it's very difficult to die so you can take all day to line up your shots, even under fire.
