In "Devastation" mode your objective is to get the bomb (usually in the middle of the level) and destroy the enemy team's targets.
Once you destroy your 25th target you will unlock this achievement at the end of the game.
I would suggest you find 5 other players to boost with because I don't think anyone plays that game online any more. Good Luck.
