You'll get this after playing the fourth mission with any character.
After Barbarians at the Gate, The Hill and Hell from Above, you'll play a fourth mission where you drive a tank. On easy, you can just blow past the foot soldiers to take out the tanks by going head to head (though I was down to a sliver of health when I crossed the finish line). Like all the HoV missions, this one is very short and there are only about 3-4 tanks in your way. It shouldn't matter which character you pick since you'll be spending the entire mission in a tank.
