House Flipper 2

I tried this first in Sandbox Mode for an hour but the percentage didn't increase at all, it seems it has to be in the 'actual' game.
After completing the 'story', I had only covered 30% distance, so if you want to do this naturally, it will take a while. This method took me about an hour.

It's useful to have the Freestyle skill on the Painting Perk; this will allow you to 'free-paint', which is helpful for this method.

First, in the Gameplay Settings, change the "Using tools" option to Toggle, this will mean during your grind you won't need to keep holding on to .
You can either use your own property, or purchase another (I purchased a bigger location for ease).


The guide part of the guide:

Create a wall from one end of the property's invisible lines to the other, making the longest horizontal line you can. Build it vertically as high as you like.

The roller doesn't need paint on it for this achievement; you don't need to purchase 50 cans of paint.

From there, choose the paint option from your tools when pressing , and hold on the wall to attach the roller to it. If you changed your Tool settings to Toggle, then you can now let go of .

From there hold either or (using is slower), depending on where you started, and you'll see your roller go off into the distance. Go back and forth until your achievement unlocks.
