How to unlock the Change of mind achievement in House Flipper 2 - Definitive Guide

You'll need the third perk on the flipper tool (Designer) unlocked to have access to this.
Buy a cheap piece of furniture (I picked a chair with a cushion).
Equip the flipper tool and press
then select Change Style (left option).
Point at your chair and pull
. In the resulting options box change one of the styles and select Confirm. Keep doing this until the achievement pops. The progress is s a little weird as sometimes it would go up by 2% and sometimes 4% when changing a single option.
Good tip from Basham:
Once you change an option and confirm you can just on the item then 
. Keep repeating and and it will eventually pop.
