House Flipper 2

This one should be simple but it's a bit of a pain. All you are supposed to have to do is simply answer the phone each time it rings by pressing on the left thumbstick and having a conversation with the caller. You have to do this multiple times until the achievement pops. I'm not sure how many times you have to do it because my progression bar didn't go up each time I took a call. There was also an issue with getting jobs to have calls come in so it can be a bit frustrating to get this one to pop.
