Make sure to buy the smallest house you can:

Make sure to buy a lot of paintings.
Make sure to buy the cheapest bed.
Make sure to buy a potted plant.
Make sure to buy a bookshelf.

The "alleyway of lights" is also easy for her! Apparently holographic plants count. She's the top bidder from the very beginning before you even clean anything.

Tips:

Rooms:
- only one bedroom

Other:
- modern furniture
- decoration (paintings, pictures, plants)
- bookshelves
- pastel colors on the walls
- no damaged walls
- no toys

Easy way to get the Achievement:

House: "Variable woman's house"
You don't have to clean the house or mount/install any appliances. Sell the sink in the kitchen. Buy pictures and paintings.

Buy the following furniture/items:
- 7x pictures/paintings
