You need to sell a house to the Jonson Family.
An easy way of doing is to load up Man Cave and immediately sell it.
Make sure to have a house with at least 2 bathrooms.
Make sure to have a family room.
Make sure to have 1 bedroom with a big double bed and at least 3 childrens room.
How to make a family room:
Sofa
Coffee Table
TV
Carpet
Toy
Bookcase OR Picture
Kitchen Cupboard OR TV Cabinet
How to make a children's room:
Bed or Crib.
Chest of Drawers or Wardrobe or Changing Table.
Shelf or Bookcase.
2x Toy or 1x Toy and Carpet.
They like cheap furniture.

Buy the "House that is hiding something", and immediately sell it for this achievement!
You literally don't need to do anything else!
Extra $ Note:
If you want the hidden "stash" in the basement. Simply walk to the basement and go to the Left wall (on your map you should see a walled off room),
take out your hammer and break it and sell the items inside for easy $$$$$!

Tips:
Rooms:
- many rooms
- bedrooms (4-6)
- big kitchen
- at least 2 bathrooms
- big living room/family room
Other:
- wooden furniture
- no expensive furniture
- bookshelves
- decoration (carpets)
- comfortable double bed
- toys
- 3 desks for 3 kids
- not dirty, no garbage
- no damaged walls
Easy way to get the Achievement:
House: "Unsatisfying effect"
You don't have to clean the house or mount/install any appliances. Don't change anything in the bathrooms, in the existing bedroom and in the living area. Place a bed in every room (or a sofa because of missing space, should be identified as a place to sleep). Also, place a bed in the corridor/hallway. There should be 6 bedrooms at the end.
Buy the following furniture/items:
- 4x Single Bed Mantis
- 1x Sofa Rodon
