House Flipper

Does not work for me in either Camping Bungalow (old couple buys it even if I put the bed in another room) or Abandoned House (not a single change, someone else buys it).

Sold him 2 homes achievement didn't pop

It'll work with the abandoned house if you just clear stuff until he's top, you'll take a loss though

Needed to sell the stuff in the kitchen and move shelving in there to make it the separate office he wants.

Sorry this is so long, but this achievement gave me trouble. I want to be as detailed as possible for future Flippers. Let me preface this by saying I have the Garden Flipper dlc, so I am not sure if that affects the outcome: I bought Abandoned House, cleaned up the place, removed all dirt, mowed grass, removed trash, cleaned windows - all the basic stuff you can do for free. In the bathroom I removed broken fixtures and replaced them with cheapest options. Left walls blank. Sold everything in kitchen including radiator assembly, Window and light fixtures. Sold the door between Corridor and Kitchen and I destroyed that wall. I extended the kitchen into the Corridor space by making a new wall parallel to the back door wall along the same line as the center wall that separates bedroom and kitchen. (You will have to move the existing Corridor ceiling light fixture - I sold it.) In that new wall I made space for a door and installed a Moroi single door in all White options. I sold and replaced bedroom door and bathroom door with same thing. I bought a large can of white paint and painted all the walls in the Corridor and former kitchen White. I went ahead and sold the radiator assembly in the Corridor and bedroom as well. Kept the bed and light fixture in bedroom. Replaced floor in Corridor and Kitchen with Ceramic Tiles White Whirls (one of the most expensive floor options). Next, sold both front and back doors and replaced them with Front Door with Knocker in White. In the Kitchen I put up a Crius ceiling lamp in all white options. Put up a second one in the Corridor. Bought a Mimi light-colored book stand in White and put that on the wall where Kitchen window used to be. Bought the Dreren light-colored desk in White, Office chair in White, the Medium sized Francisco Goya 'The Sleep of Reason Produces Monsters' with Silver frame to put on the wall above Desk, Cubicli light shelf set in White Matte on wall where it will fit, two Auran wooden chest of drawers in White, and finally set down a Rug Dandelion on the floor. The rug is very big so I had to stand in the old Corridor area to put it down. (I cannot stress this enough. This guy loves the color White. Try to select all White options where you can.) Putting down the rug will convert the old kitchen into an "Office" which if you did it correctly you can see under the mini-map. The rooms should now be labeled Corridor, Bedroom, Office, and Bathroom. I added two Office bookshelfs into the part of the Office that was once part of the Corridor. In the Room that has the front door I added a Sodali light-colored hanger in all White. I sold the three hooks next to front door and replaced them with a Hangers Nowsan. On the floor I put a Classic Rug Patterned (Small) right in front of the Front Door. Not a lot of the expensive rugs fit there so even though it's not White it's still adds to the expense of the room. Also added a Ramorrey dog statue Large in white to the Corridor. The light switches in both the Corridor and Office got replaced with the more expensive Modern Light Switch. I added an Air Conditioner above both front and back doors. I replaced all the front Windows of the House with their Elijah window equivalent. Painted the outside walls White. This next part is for those with Garden Flipper dlc but... Replaced concrete slabs and wood porch with most expensive slabs I could get. Added two of the most expensive tree (conifer), bush (spiral topiary), and flowers (it began with an O). I sold the house to him at a profit. I tried to negotiate an extra 5k but he wouldn't budge. Still made money off him though AND got achievement.

I managed to get it with "The one to move in." I cleaned the whole house and didn't buy a thing.

"The one to move in" absolutely worked. I just cleaned up all the mess. Took just over four minutes and managed to profit a good bit.

did this on burned out house, cleaned up the mess, sold the bed and fixed a couple of electrical sockets, then I saw that donald was then top of the pile and sure enough the top offer.
lost just over three thousand but no biggie there, took minutes to do.

Buy the girls 'Friends' apartment (tv show). All i did was clean it and remove all rubbish, put it on the market and he topped the list to buy!!

I couldn't get this to work with the Camping Bungalow at all, even after working on it for a long time. The elderly couple would always be the top bidders.

I didnt had to do anything when i bought 'The one to move in'.

Sold it immediately, Dolan always came on top.

It didn't work for me as they said, buying and clearing "The one to move in" since Dolan Trusk appeared in third position, so I had to sell all the paintings and plants in the house after cleaning to put him in first position
