A relatively easy achievement.
Your goal will be to buy houses in the browser and sell them as quickly as possible after you tidy them up. You don't need to be super thorough.
Start with the cheapest house and work your way up. Focus on two things: picking up debris and cleaning dirt and other random things. You should only be using the pick-up and cleaning tools. If you are using anything else you are wasting time. I also recommend getting all the perks in cleaning first since this will help you find dirt and clean it faster.
Once a house is clean or at least clean enough, sell it and move on to the next house. You should be either netting money or keeping your losses to a minimum. Repeat this process and you will get your achievement after you sell your 20th house.

As the description of this achievement says, you need to sell 20 houses.
It doesn't matter if you have cleaned, repaired or furnished the houses. You can sell them in the same condition as you bought them.
