How to unlock the I'm a Belieber achievement in House Flipper - Definitive Guide
You have to sell a house to Gorgio Shanua.
An easy way to do this is to buy the Pink Kingdom house and sell all the pink stuff in the big living room that has the kitchen but leave the TV. He doesn't want a kitchen so basically sell everything but a tv in there. Once you sell everything but the tv in the living room, go into the garage and sell the book case. I tried this four times and every time I sold it to Gorgio. I had a profit loss but if you want Gorgio easy, this works.

The Pink house solution didn't work for me even though I very meticulously followed the instructions (tried multiple times with no luck). This solution worked on the very first try! Took less than 10 minutes. Perfect!

Selling to Gorgio Shanua (the pink hair guy) wasn't that hard to do when I tried to legitimately flip a house for him. For this guide I used the Seller's House, which you can also use to earn the I'm The One Who Knocks achievement.
Basically Gorgio just wants a place to put some clothes, and "stylish" color that's inspired by his hair. Yes he's vain. He also wants a sauna, doesn't want a kitchen, and prefers bathtubs over showers.
After cleaning the house and selling everything, I used Scarlet Ceramic Tiles on the floor and I painted the walls Indian Rose. I did this for all the walls and floors EXCEPT FOR the Garage, Bathroom, and Sauna. The latter 2 I built after scrapping the original floorplan.
Where the kitchen was. I installed a washer and dryer and an AC unit. EZPZ.
The most work I did was redesign the walls for the master bedroom and 2 baths. After pocketing the money $$ in the hole in the floor, I tore down the walls for the master bath and basically just rebuilt them around that hole. That very conveniently makes space for a Linen Closet in the main hall, which satisfied his need for clothing space (Ta Da! He now became my top buyer!)
Then I tore down the wall separating the guest bath from the master bedroom, so it's now part of the new master bedroom. I put the walls separating the master bedroom from the redesigned master bath at about where the sliding door edge is, and made sure to connect that with the other walls, leaving room for a door. Voila! New master bathroom, with ample room for a Sauna and a Bathtub.
Make sure to tile and paint with Scarlet Ceramic and Indian Rose after putting the new walls in!
For the Master Bathroom I used light colored ceramic tiles for walls and floor (white, light blue, light yellow) and I used wood panels/tiles for the Sauna walls and floor. After that, just add some stylish glass doors (that's what I did just to be safe.)
I didn't take any original radiator plumbing out except for the bathrooms. Before selling I put a radiator in every room except the sauna, garage, and the new laundry area. I put a large radiator in the first big room where the fireplace used to be. I put a towel radiator in the new master bath for space efficiency.
I wound up selling to him for 37,000 Euros profit.

I took your advice but was already working on the Moon House. Following your tips he bought it at about 137k Euro profit so I unlocked the achievement but didn't get the 50k Euro profit achievement at the same time which seems kind of strange.
But besides add the paint you suggested, I got rid of the kitchen and turned that into a sauna, added a bunch of wardrobes in place of the storage racking and connected the bedroom to the bathroom and made that a "large master" since that's what he wanted. He was ready to buy before I even finished the bedroom but adding all the wardrobes but him way over the top.

I really struggled getting a house sold to him. I ended up with the pink atrocity. I sold EVERTYHING except the tv downstairs in the living room kitchen area. Sold all the stuff in the garage except the shelves themselves and the office shelf thing in the corner. I took out a section of the wall between the garage and living room to put in a door and built walls 11 x11 and put in 2 of those weird open linen closets, a washer and laundry basket. I added two of the expensive kanna couches in the living room with a hanging tv on the wall. Added a bathtub in the downstairs bathroom and sold all the crap in the bathroom. I sold ALL the pink crap in the house and all the toys. Added a mid-range double bed and a couple of dressers in the bedroom and put in another small bathroom upstairs in the room with the closet things. Keep a close eye on him as you do all this and as soon as he pops to the top of the list sell the house to him.
quick and simple guide
1. buy Pink Kingdom house
2. sell everything in the house
3. on ground floor, have a tv and sofa
4. upstairs, have a bed and tv in bigger room, have a wardrobe in the smaller room
I took about an 8 k loss of profit but i got the achievement easily
EDIT: I totally forgot about the bathroom while doing this, so i guess you dont need to change anything in there.
