Very easy achievement, what I did to get it as well as get a little money for the next house was just buy a cheaper house, clean up all the trash, then resell for a profit and buy a new house and repeat.

I seem to be having an issue with a bug maybe? I've sold 12 houses and havent had this pop yet.

As the description of this achievement says, you need to sell 10 houses.
It doesn't matter if you have cleaned, repaired or furnished the houses. You can sell them in the same condition as you bought them.
