How to unlock the Luxury is always in style achievement in House Flipper - Definitive Guide

For this achievement, you must complete all 12 jobs within the Luxury DLC. To access the DLC content, go to the laptop, and press the middle option which takes you to a map.

The buildings highlighted with white are jobs that you need to complete. If the building has a checkmark, that means the job is finished.

You do not need to fully complete each job to gain the achievement. Once you reach 60%, you will receive a prompt to "complete" the level. You can complete the tasks that are more expeditious (Pick up trash, floor tiles, painting walls, etc) first so that you don't have to do the time-consuming parts of the job, which would make the achievement take significantly longer.

This process will likely take 6-8 hours to complete every job.

This has now been updated there is either 14/15 missions to complete now. There are regular updates going on so this could end up having more missions added

If you are trying to do this quickly, prioritise buying items, as this gives the greatest amount of completion percentage relative to time spent.

I have done every level on the luxury side and I didn't get the achievement. There is a green check on every building. There are 15 check marks. Why isn't this working?

Can confirm that there is now 15 missions to complete to earn this achievement. You can still just complete 60% of the job for it to count, I always did 61/62% just to make sure.

@Lost Lost1Prophet Did you make sure to get at least 60% on each job? If not go back and raise the percentage on the one that is missing it or just advance it a bit in general and see if that triggers it. I have had a similar issue on another DLC.
