I did this one by accident. This was with the Burned house, I sold everything and just placed a bed in the bedroom and that had bumped him up to top bidder.

Well damn. Ive sold lots of houses to him

I've sold him multiple places but it hasn't popped for me I've kept trying it. It's easy to get him number one but the achievement is bugged for me.

Achievement won’t pop for me. Is there a way to fix this? Anyone else had same issue?

I already sold admin legends house here's what I did. Cuz he was being a picky turd.

Buy the Connoisseur's house.

Clean everything. All windows all dirt, everything. Take down all walls.

Once the walls are all gone paint the one big room with silver glacier paint. You dont have to paint after this.

Make one bedroom 12 walls by 13 walls. Only add single bed mantis.

Next make one bathroom 11 walls by 15 walls. Only add cheap stuff. Add mountable toilet standard(53.29$). Add mountable sink (47.40$) and add mountable shower (125.94$)

Do not add doors to any of these rooms!

The rest of the space is the living room in this room only add couch Archaic (139.97$)
Coffee table venne (36.18$) and monitor (109.39$)

At this point the old people should want the house the most. To get them to go away all you have to do is add another small little room in the corner of the living room. I made mine 10 walls by 5 walls and Jimmy Traitor went into first place. And just sell it to him.
