House Flipper

To get this achievement, you'll need to buy a house, which you can do in the "Browser" section of your laptop (to the best of my knowledge you can't kill a cockroach while working the jobs in the "Mail" section, you can only suck them up with the vacuum). I bought the first one listed called "Abandoned House". Once at the house you just bought, head to the back left room (Small Kitchen 6M2). There will be a few boxes and other items to clean up. Among all that will be the roaches. Simply open the ability wheel with , select the "Demolition" option to pull out your hammer, and smash those bugs. After a few seconds you should have a shiny new achievement.

Hello everyone,
Before you even start going for this achievement do the following:
Settings -> General, and look for "Display Broken Glass Instead Of Cockroaches" and make sure it's OFF! (Mine was on by default and the Glass doesn't count as Cockroaches).

House: "Abandoned House",
Go inside the house, go to the Back and open the door to the left, they should be right in front of you on the ground.

Take our your hammer (demolition) and hit a group of them

Hi all,

If like me you sold everything you need for this achievement simply finish the game by completing and selling all available houses. You're going to get the complete the game achievement and open up all the houses again to resell. Most can simply be cleaned then sold with zero expense. Sell heater, air con and towel warmer installations for no game punishment when buying to sell, re-use dirty furniture and still turn profit. When you complete and sell all properties you restart with all 32 available allowing you to revisit missed achievements.
