This achievement requires a specific ghost to spawn.
You will first need to get ahold of the bowling ball. It's located in the main foyer area of the house, where the cat is located. You can pick it up off the shelf. Once you have it, go into the kitchen and drop it. You'll need to drop it at least 2-3 times, which will cause a ghost to spawn that will "shh" you.
