House

The neighbor is a creepy woman with a long neck that spawns in the Kitchen window. She will only spawn after 5pm in-game, so you'll need to wait till then to find her.

In the meantime, you'll want to grab the axe from the storage room (bottom left room from the foyer). There are a few different ways you can do it:
- Find the bowling ball in the living room
- Either DROP the bowling ball on the cat to kill it and retrieve the key to the storage room
- OR go into the kitchen, find a cup of milk in the fridge, and drop it in front of the cat to get it to move
- Collect the key
- Enter the room. In the corner is the axe. Quickly grab it and kill the rat to escape the room
- OR before going into the storage room, take the bowling ball into the piano room. Drop it twice to knock off the trap off the wall. Bring the trap with you into the storage room and place it. Lead the rat into it when it spawns. Then grab the axe after.

Once you have the axe, return to the kitchen and wait till 5pm for the neighbor to spawn. Then, use the axe to chop off the head to unlock this achievement.

Lastly, the neighbor is important for end-game content, so it's best to kill her on an unimportant run through the house.
