In case it isn’t obvious from the description the door you have to go through won’t be open if you take more than 40 seconds so you have to hurry. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first character.

I have started the game now I have played 20 min, I have created another profile and made the tutorial. I have seen the video but I do it before the exit door is closed by lasers.

Start a new character and you will start the tutorial. Ignore speaking to anyone.
Hold Y on the door points, to scan them.
Scan the first door you see, then follow the tunnel, scan the right hand side wall.
Follow through with the jumping section and enter the room with orange bars - immediately head to the left side of the room and down the tunnel.
Achievement unlocked! :)

Best if you make a separate character for this because the tutorial is very important. Also it is very important to let the next area load and wait for an autosave (bottom right corner) because otherwise it won't count for the "Completer" achievement! Don't even delete that character just quit and make another for normal play or you risk bugging the 100% achievement.

You can make this one easier for yourself by unlocking Greendy's DNA kit, allowing you to start as a character with a higher speed.
You don't need to do the dialogue to get through the tutorial. Just run to the points where you scan, scan them, and run. Once you're past the room where you jump from platform to platform, the tunnel on the left will be open if you've done it quick enough. It will shut after a time, but the timing is quite generous and it's easy enough to do if you're skipping dialogue.
