This can be obtained in the Orbital Station level, near the end of the game. After you beat the unique Spybot to progress, you will arrive in a big room with the main computer M.O.M. You have to beat its mission to progress with the story so she is non missable. You don't have to beat her to get the achievement, it is obtainable from the moment you enter the room. On the right side there is a went you can crawl or grind into (hold ). Inside you can go left or right. Go left and eventually you will see into a room on the left side. The achievement should unlock there.
