This achievement is cumulative.
All throughout the game you will constantly encounter Bombers who are the big and round infected that explode when in close proximity to them.
For this achievement, gather up a bunch of infected (you don't need 10 kills from 1 Bomber explosion) and quickly run close to a Bomber thus exploding and killing the infected.
