15G - Kill 5,000 enemies (of all types).
Self explanatory. How fast you unlock this depends on how much time you spend killing enemies during the missions. Generally, this will be one of your last 5 achievements next to maxing out the skills.
The fastest/least amount of effort method that I've found has been to keep replaying the Kovac's Defense missions & placing traps where the enemies funnel through. Then just sit back & watch them all die.
You could also replay the "Thanksgiving" mission that you get from the radio room in Kovac's Bunker as there are hundreds of turkeys that almost all die in one hit.
