When you reach Ascuas Island you will eventually activate a quest where you need to fix the transmitter. To activate the transmitter you need two items.

1. Satellite Crank (in the safe house on the eastern part of Ascuas Island)
2. The Transmitter Coordinates (which are in a shack on the beach in the southern part of the island or just to the west of it, mine was at the right circle)

Once you collected both items go north and fix and activate the transmitter. Once activated the achievement will unlock.

Note/tip: At the transmitter you will have to fight two giant abomination type zombies. Come prepared to the fight. Bring explosives like arrows. It will take them down easy.

I made a video of me killing the 2 giants playing

You just have to clear the area all other zombies before getting their attention. Then wait at the open door of the safe house, when they are close and just before they drop down on you hit A to close the door and dash out. You can take them out safely from above then.

I think my game lagging cause no transmitter coordinates on the south on the beach, i dont understand

Didn't you pick them up earlier in the game and dropped them somewere else? I added an image of the locations west of the shack where the Transmitter Coordinates could be. Mine was at the right circle. Good luck in finding the Transmitter Coordinates.

I'm trapped. I'have join someone else game where i have to make the blower to find the Miller's security card. I've ever make the blower in a previous game so i just make my path threw the smoke to reach security card but... no card! I think the game host have it and disconnect with and ruin my game because now i'm trapped in a box and can not go further.

To add some more info to the other solution, I found the transmitter coordinates can show up in 2 different locations.

1. On the south beach, just above the campfire.
2. On the elevated mesa as you head towards the eastern safe house with the crank in it.

The beach is by far the hardest location to clear out on this island, so maybe it's best to check location 2 first and get the crank first so you can make a hard save, at either the southeast or northwest safehouse.

I must've replayed this DLC on Iron Mode at least 5 times because I thought there was a bug when they didn't appear on the beach.

No zombie horde fight here. Just find the Satellite Crank in the safe house on the eastern part of Ascuas Island, the Transmitter Coordinates (which are usually in a shack on the beach in the southern part of the island or just to the east of it) and head to the northern part of Ascuas Island where you'll fight two of the giant abomination type zombies. Once you've killed them fix the transmitter and activate it and the achievement will unlock.

Below are the new types of enemies you'll fight as well as the best way to defeat them.

Electrical zombies - Electricity resurrects them, be it an energy pylon, the Electrogun or another electrical zombie. Draw them away from the energy pylons or, and this is the permanent way, use a melee finisher as they will never resurrect then.
Spacesuit zombies - Electrogun bypasses their suit/armor. However that will ignite the tank on their back so they'll charge at you and explode.
Zombie lizards - Nothing special here, just watch out for the 3-4 little ones that come at you from off the screen when you attack the adult one.
