How to unlock the Discoverer II achievement in How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition - Definitive Guide

This achievement is unlocked by normal story-progession and cannot be missed.
It will be the second discover "x island" achievement that you'll get (as the name already hints at
)
After returning to Los Riscos from La Vendida (which is the island Kovac has his camp on) you have to talk to Ramon who is waiting for you on the east side of the island. Talk to him and give him the parts he needed to fix the boat. You will then be able to use that boat to get to La Sonada Island.

Story related, cannot be missed.
You'll return to the first island (Los Riscos) and have to do a quest for Andrew to get his boat part (he's the guy you first encounter upon starting the game). Once you do his quest you can repair the boat at the eastern dock, board the boat and the achievement will unlock.
