How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition

This can be obtained at any point in the game and the earliest point being after the building a gun tutorial lessons by Kovac on his island. The guide is written for someone who would want to get this right away, i would still recommend leveling up a little before going for it.

Travel to Island Horo, while completing Dr. Miller's quest you will travel to Cenizas Island.


=========================== In-Depth Solution ================================
After all the tutorials by Kovac about survival and gun building, go back to Kovac's work bench where you picked up the piece for the ''Handmade Shotgun''there will be a Walkie-Talkie you need to interact with to activate a new quest. The quest is offered by Dr. Miller and she is located on Island Horo.

1- Get ready to travel to Island Horo by gathering parts and building a Handmade Gun, farm a bunch of incendiary ammo. I would also recommend gathering food, healing herbs and pieces of cloth for bandages. All these are available on your way to the boat.

2- Check you map by pressing ''back'' and get to the highlighted dock on the east side of the island. Once there travel abord the boat to Horo Island to get

3- Once their ''BE CAREFUL AND TAKE IT SLOW''. Enemies are a little harder but not much. You will get a warning about coming back later but just ignore it. Again follow the prompts on your map until you meet Dr. Miller at the center of the Island. She will give you a quest to re-start the generator. After that she will give you a another quest, short escort mission, that goes on until she collapses and asks for the Defibrillator.

4-After the Defib quest, she will give you another quest to fix the lift on the eastern part of the island. This lift will bring you to Cenizas Island. Check your map for the location of 3 cog wheels. One of the cogs is in the room where Dr. Miller was locked-in.
Another is in the western part of the island, go around the cliff to the left to circle and get to the entrance of a shelter. FYI: This is the perfect time to go for
As the 2nd cog is behind a Volcanologist Zombie. As for the last cog just check your map

5-After collecting the cogs, combine them in your inventory, then travel to the lift you need to repair on the east side of the island. Repairing is like lighting a fire, just highlight the tool and hold down LB. After fixing it Dr. Miller will automatically show up to the lift and talk to you.

6-Choose to travel to Cenizas Island an unlock .

FYI: I'm not saying it's easy to do right from the start but I achieved this on my second try and i am not really good at this game, so if you put it off a little until you geared up this should be a walk in the park. Good luck.
